| 摘 要： | 目的从护理的角度分析留置导尿管相关尿路感染的危险因素,探讨最佳护理预防措施。方法对373例留置导尿管患者进行回顾性调查分析,提出科学有效的护理预防控制措施。结果 373例留置导尿管患者发生尿路感染41例,感染率10.99%;尿路感染的发生与性别无关,与年龄、留置尿管天数及病情严重程度有关。结论病情重、年龄大及尿管留置时间长是导尿管相关感染的主要因素,规范留置导尿管患者的护理与管理,尽可能缩短尿管留置时间是预防控制导尿管相关感染的重要措施。
