基于ADAMS和ANSYS的飞机救援拖车组合连接装置的研究

摘    要:通过SolidWorks软件对飞机救援拖车组合连接装置进行建模,导入ADAMS,并运用其柔性体理论建立刚柔耦合模型,进行运动学仿真分析得到载荷文件,反馈到ANSYS对连接装置进行有限元分析,得到应力及变形值,为后续连接装置的结构优化提供依据。

Abstract:By modeling the combined connecting devices with aircraft rescue trailer through Solidworks software,importing ADAMS,and establishing a rigid-flexible coupled model by applying its flexible body theory,a load file was obtained by the kinematic simulation analysis,then fed it back to ANSYS to accomplish the analysis of connecting devices to obtain stress and deformation values,and providing reference for following structural optimization of connecting device.
