虚拟现实在工程设计的可视化应用研究

摘    要:利用工程分析软件模拟的结果数据与可视化开发包AVS/Express,结合数据手套和位置跟踪器在AVS平台上实现了工程分析数据的交互式可视化。将工程分析数据和真实感模型结合起来,且利用虚拟现实技术提供给用户交互式的可视化环境。交互式可视化能够准确直观地展示工程结构的应力和应变分布情况,为产品结构优化设计提供依据,并且可以实现交互式操作,使可视化具有"沉浸感",从而大大提高工程设计的质量,提供了一种新的工程分析数据可视化实现模式。

Abstract:The paper describes how to achieve interactive visualization of engineering analysis on AVS platform by using result data simulated from engineering analysis software and the visualization development package AVS/Express,together with data glove and position tracker.By combining engineering analysis data with realistic models,and by using virtual reality technology,interactive visualization environment can be provided to the user.The interactive visualization can visually display accurate and intuitive stress and strain distribution of engineering structure,providing the basis for optimum design of product structure optimization.Therefore,the interactive operation can be allowed to cause visualization to have a ′Sense of Immersion′,improving the quality of the engineering design significantly,and providing a new realization mode of engineering analysis data visualization.
