摘 要: | 抗噬菌体菌株A4 6可以利用淀粉水解糖代替结晶D -葡萄糖进行 2 -酮基 -D -葡萄糖酸( 2 -KG)的发酵。试验结果表明 ,用淀粉水解糖作碳源进行 2 -KG发酵的条件为 :接种量 8% ,发酵摇瓶装量 2 0ml,培养温度 31℃ ,发酵周期 72h ;发酵最佳配比为 :淀粉水解糖 16 .5% ,玉米浆 1.6 5% ,尿素 0 .0 0 3% ,KH2 PO4 0 .0 0 15%。

Study on Fermentation Conditions of 2-Keto-D-Gluconic Acid Using Glucose as Carbon Source by Phage- Resistant Mutant A46 |

Abstract: | Glucose obtained by starch degradation can be used as carbon source instead of crystal glucose in the fermentation of 2-keto-D-gluconic acid by phage resistant mutant A46. The results showed the optimal fermentation conditions were the following: the inoculation amount was 8%, the volume of medium in shaking flask 20ml, temperature 31℃ and fermentation period 72h. In addition, the optimal ratio of medium are: glucose 16.5%, corn steep liquor 1.65%, urea 0.003% and KH 2PO 4 0.0015%. |
