| 摘 要： | 本文探讨在担负军队医疗保障制度改革试点(扩大试点)中，医院如何正确把握试点工作指导，以军队医改试点为契机，在新的医疗保障制度条件下，加强人才队伍建设，提高医疗服务质量，完善医疗服务措施，增强医疗保障能力，深化为部队一体化服务，着力实现提高部队战斗力的最终目标。
