加氢制氢联合装置E-208管束腐蚀失效分析

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司长岭分公司加氢制氢联合装置的催化柴油加氢反应产物与混氢油换热器E-208腐蚀严重。2005年试压发现存近2/3的管子内漏,而管束表面无明显腐蚀。通过对E-208管束内、外侧的腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物检测分析,发现管束外侧为H2S—H2-H2O引起的轻微全面腐蚀,而管束内侧为垢下腐蚀、磨损腐蚀和硫化物应力腐蚀开裂。

Abstract:The reaction product/mixed hydrogen & oil heat exchanger E -208 in FCC diesel hydrotreating and hydrogen generation complex in SINOPEC Changling Petrochemical Company suffered from severe corrosion. The pressure testing in 2005 found that nearly 2/3 of the tube leaked, whereas there was no apparent corrosion on tube surface. The testing of the corrosion forms and corrosion products on the internal and external surfaces of tubes concluded that the corrosion on the tube external surface is mild H2S - H2 - H2O corrosion while the corrosions on the tube internal surface are under - deposit corrosion, erosion and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC).
