脑灵素胶囊对小鼠大脑耐缺血能力及阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠的影响

目的　观察脑灵素胶囊抗小鼠大脑缺血作用及对阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠的影响。方法　采用结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉及迷走神经模型观察小鼠耐脑缺血能力 ;不同剂量脑灵素灌胃 6 0min后给阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠 ,观察小鼠翻正反射消失及睡眠持续时间。结果　脑灵素胶囊与尼莫地平均能提高小鼠大脑耐缺血能力 ,且作用效果 (2 0 0mg/kg ,4 0 0mg/kg)与阳性对照药尼莫地平 (15mg/kg)相似。阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致睡眠实验显示脑灵素 (2 0 0mg/kg ,4 0 0mg/kg)与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致睡眠有协同作用。 结论　脑灵素胶囊具有明显抗脑缺血作用及催眠作用

Effect of naolingsu capsule on mice anti-cerebral ischemia and hypnosis of pentobarbital sodium of subthreshold dose

Objective To observe the effects of Naolingsu capsule on anti-cerebral ischemia in mice and hypnosis of pentobarbital sodium of subthreshold dose.Methods Cerebral ischemia model was adopted on observed ability of anti-cerebral ischemia. The model was made by ligating bilateral common jugular arteries as well as vagus nerve. After Naolingsu of different dose was gived by gavage (i.g) 60 minutes, giving pentobarbital sodium of subthreshold dose, then observed the disappearing time of righting reflect and sleeping-time of mice.Results Naolingsu capsule (200mg/kg,400mg/kg) has the effect of anti-cerebral ischemia similar to that of nimodipine(15mg/kg) and has the effect on sleeping-time with pentobarbital.Conclusions Naolingsu capsule has significant effect of anti-cerebral ischemia and hypnosis
