基于ZigBee的高压开关柜无线测温系统的设计

摘    要:根据高压开关柜的特点,分析了现有的测温技术所存在的缺陷,提出了以ZigBee无线传输技术为基础的高压开关柜无线测温系统的设计方案。并对温度采集、数据传输、数据处理、超限报警模块提出了具体的软硬件设计优化方案。该系统能对高压开关柜工作过程中触头温度进行全程监控,信号采集稳定,测温仪与无线温度监测点、上位机相互通信状况良好,能够确保高压开关柜更好的稳定运行和统一的监测站管理。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of high voltage switch cabinet,the existing deficiencies of temperature measurement technology were analyzed.The design of wireless temperature measurement system of high voltage switch cabinet based on ZigBee wireless transmission technology was proposed.The detailed and optimized design of software and hardware in terms of temperature collection,data transmission,data processing and over ranging alarm was proposed.Temperature of contactor can by monitored by the system during the whole working process of high voltage switch cabinet.Signal acquisition is stable.The communication among thermometer,wireless temperature monitoring points and the host computer works in good condition.This design is capable of ensuring stable operation of high voltage switch cabinet,and unifying the management of monitor station.
