摘 要: | 针对刚果(金)某铜钴矿可浮性较差、粗选回收率较低、含易浮脉石较多等问题,通过浮选工艺方案对比试验,采用预先硫化方案及选择适当抑制剂等方法,采用一次粗选、两次扫选、三次精选工艺流程,最终获得的选矿闭路试验指标为:精矿含铜21.27%,钴9.93%,硫28.71%;铜回收率92.78%,钴回收率92.65%,硫回收率94.86%。

Abstract: | In this paper,the mineral processing technological research on a copper-cobalt ore,which is badly floatable,with low recovery of roughing and many floatable gangues and so on,are carried out.Comparative tests of flotation technology were also carried out.Adopting pre-sulphidization and proper depressant,by once-roughing,twice-scavenging and triple-cleaning,good closed-circuit beneficiation indexes were finally achieved and the final concentrates grading 21.27% Cu,9.93% Co and 28.71% S were obtained,at recoveries of 92.78% Cu,92.65% Co and 94.86% S. |
