摘    要:介绍了冶炼烟气制酸系统净化工序烟气复合高效除尘技术的工艺流程、关键设备及废水多层级循环减量技术。采用"高效降温湍冲塔+多能除尘洗涤塔+移热除尘增湿冷却塔+电除雾器"工艺除去烟气中氟、砷等有害杂质,通过水平衡分析,合理循环利用酸性废水,达到了高效除尘和废水减量的目的。该技术应用后烟气除尘效率提升0.5个百分点,净化指标达标率提升3.2个百分点,酸性废水减排41.7%。

Abstract:The process flow, key equipment and multi-level circulation reduction technology of the flue gas composite high efficiency dust removal technology in the purification process of the acid making system with smelting flue gas are introduced. The process of "high efficiency cooling turbulence tower + multi energy dedusting washing tower + heat transfer dedusting humidification cooling tower + electric demister" is adopted to remove harmful impurities such as fluorine and arsenic in flue gas. Through water balance analysis, the acid wastewater is recycled reasonably to achieve the purpose of high efficiency dedusting and wastewater reduction. After the application of the technology, the efficiency of flue gas dedusting is increased by 0.5 percentage points, the rate of reaching the purification target is increased by 3.2 percentage points, and the emission reduction of acid wastewater is 41.7%.
