摘    要:ⅢB族和稀稀元素(Y、La、Sm、Nd等)的化合物,在100—600℃具有催化甲烷氧化偶联反应活性。在300℃,La催化剂的甲烷转化率约21.8%,C_2烃收率约11.1%,C_2时空收率约为5μmol/mlcat·s.经过45小时的连续反应,结果表明催化剂性能稳定。

Abstract:Compounds of Group IIIB elements with the rare earths elements, i. e., Y, La、Sm、 Nd, were used as low tmperaturecatalysts for the oxidative coupling of methane to C_2hydrocarbons in a tubular reactor at 373-873K. These catalysts are all active at low temperatures with Sm catalysts having the highest activity, whereas Y and Nd catalysts are both low in activity and C_2 selectivity. As for La catalysts, though less active than Sm catalysts, they have the higher C_2 selectivity, and a 21.8% methane conversion, 11.1% C_2 yield and 5mol/ml. cat. s space time yield is obtained by using La catalysts with CH_4 and O_2 co-feeding at 573K. The stability of the La catalysts was tested at 573K and found very stable, and gave 11-13% C_2 yield.
