摘    要:以四种不同的重油为研究对象,采用标准方法与探索实验法分别对重油密度进行测定,验证探索实验法测定重油密度的可行性.考察了油品加热时间、搅拌方式、固含量等因素对重油密度测定的影响.结果表明:在仪器准确度方面,标油不同温度时密度与给定标准值偏差均很小,试样1高温密度法与GB/T 2013—2010测定值、高温密度法20℃计算...

Abstract:The density of four kinds of heavy oil was measured by standard method and exploratory experiment method,in order to verify the feasibility of the method.The influence of heating time,stirring method and solid content on the determination of density of heavy oil was also investigated.The results showed that:in the aspect of instrument accuracy,the experiment shows that the deviation between the density of standard oil at different temperature points and the given standard value is very small,The difference between the high temperature density method and the GB/T 2013—2010,the high temperature density method at 20°C and the GB/T 13377—2010 is very small;For the influencing factors of the determination,the sample with solid content less than 0.41 was heated for 60 min,and the glass rod was stirred for 10 min.It is faster,more accurate and more precise to determine the density of heavy oil with the exploratory experiment method than the existing national standard method.
