摘    要:阐述了子结构模态综合法的分析步骤和改进Craig-Bampton模态综合法,基于Virtual.Lab Motion的刚柔耦合多体动力学分析流程,建立了将某卫星成像仪主体结构作为柔性体的刚柔耦合动力学模型。对模型施加随机、正弦扫频和冲击三种激励,并分别进行各工况下的强度分析,通过结构等效应力云图判断结构最大应力位置,并校核结构强度。在此基础上,基于模态参与因子对主体结构进行优化,结果表明,优化后的结构最大应力位置不变,等效应力大幅降低,满足强度要求。

Abstract:The analysis steps of the substructure modal synthesis and the improved Craig-Bampton method are stated.Based on the process of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics analysis in Virtual.Lab Motion,a rigid-flexible coupling model for a satellite imager is established.The major structure is regarded as flexible.Under the excitation of random,sine sweep and impact,the position of the maximum von Mises stress is obtained by the stress cloud image and the strength is checked.Then the major structure is optimized referring to the modal participation factors.The results show that the position where the maximum von Mises stress appeared for optimized structure is consistent,but the von Mises stress is reduced substantially and the structure satisfies the strength requirement.
