摘    要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司常减压装置停工检修设备腐蚀检查情况,尤其是常压塔顶及其挥发系统设备H2S—HCl-H2O腐蚀、减压系统转油线和填料高温环烷酸和硫腐蚀现状。对装置运行过程中工艺防腐措施如原油电脱盐、高温缓蚀剂应用效果等进行分析评价,并从原油性质、腐蚀监测以及不同条件下的设备腐蚀机理进行探讨,强调了工艺防腐措施的有效运行和腐蚀监检测对装置长周期的重要性.

Abstract:Here introduced are the examination of corrosion on equipment in atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit in SINOPEC Wuhan Company during unit shutdown for maintenance, the H2S - HC1 - H20 corrosion in atmospheric tower overhead and equipment in volatile system and high -temperature naphthenic acid and sulfur corrosion in oil transfer lines and packing in vacuum system. The process corrosion prevention measures in unit operation such as electro - static desahing of crude oil and application of high - temperature corrosion inhibitors are analyzed and evaluated. The corrosion mechanisms of equipment are studied in respect of crude oil properties, corrosion detection and service conditions. The importance of effective operation of process corrosion prevention measures and corrosion detection for long- term unit operation are emphatically described.
