超临界CO_2微乳液体系的浊点压力研究

摘    要:由超临界CO2、水、表面活性剂二-(2-乙基己基)磺基琥珀酸钠(AOT)和助表面活性剂乙醇在一定温度和压力下形成超临界CO2微乳液。采用容积可变的高压可视相态釜,考察了温度、水含量和AOT含量对超临界CO2微乳液体系浊点压力的影响。实验结果表明,低水含量(水含量不高于1.210%(w))时,超临界CO2微乳液体系的浊点压力随温度的升高而增加;高水含量(水含量为1.620%(w))时,超临界CO2微乳液体系的浊点压力随温度的升高而降低。随AOT含量的增加,超临界CO2微乳液体系的浊点压力先降低后升高。不同温度下,AOT含量与超临界CO2微乳液体系浊点压力的变化关系相一致。

Abstract:Supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO2) microemulsion system was prepared from scCO2,water,surfactant sodium di(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate(AOT) and cosurfactant ethanol under fixed pressure and temperature.The effects of temperature,water content and AOT content on the cloud point pressure of the system were studied in a visible phase reactor with variable volume.The results showed that,with temperature rise,at low water content(lower than 1.210%(w)),the cloud point pressure of the system increased,but at high water content(1.620%(w)),the cloud point pressure decreased.With the AOT content increasing,the cloud point pressure of the system firstly decreased and then increased.At different temperature,the cloud point pressure change of the system is accordant with the AOT content change.
