股骨近端交锁髓内钉在股骨近端骨折中的应用

目的总结股骨近端交锁髓内钉(PFN)在治疗股骨近端骨折中的临床经验,提高对该处骨折的手术治疗水平。方法统计我院自2001年4月至2005年6月间,所有使用AO公司PFN并且能接受随访的330例共338侧骨折。患者平均年龄为62．4岁。骨折按AO分类法,其中31-A1型154侧、31-A2型106侧、31-A3型78侧。手术均在骨科下肢牵引床上进行,C臂X线机监控,骨折采用闭合复位。结果术后平均随访时间为24．6个月,功能评价根据Sanders创伤性髋关节评分标准,总体优良率达到89．1%。结论在股骨近端骨折的手术治疗中,使用PFN是最佳的选择之一。

The application of proximal femoral nail in proximal femoral fractures

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of proximal femoral nail(PFN)in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures and to raise the treatment level.Methods Between April 2001 and June 2005,a total of 330 patients,average age of 62.4 y,with 338 fractures treated by PFN in our hospital were available for outcome analysis.Fractures were classified by AO classification,including 154 31-A1,106 31-A2 and 78 31-A3.Operations were performed on traction table,monitored by C-armed roentgenographer with manipulative reduction.Results Mean follow-up period was 24.6 months.Sanders Traumatic Hip Rating Scale was used for the final functional as- sessment showing total excellent and good results in 89.1%.Conclusions PFN is one of the optimal choices in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures.(Shanghai Med J,2006,29:575-578)
