摘    要:目的:探讨翻白草(Herba potentillae discoloris,HPD)对2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,2-DM)大鼠脂代谢紊乱的影响.方法:70只Wistar大鼠,随机选取10只作为正常对照组,余下的60只用高热量饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)建立2-DM大鼠模型后,将2-DM大鼠随机分为2-DM模型组、HPD大剂量组、HPD中剂量组、HPD小剂量组,每组10只.用HPD治疗8周后,分光光度法测定各组大鼠血清甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)总胆固醇(cholesterol,Ch)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL).结果:与2-DM模型组比较,HPD大、中、小剂量组TG、Ch显著降低,p <0.01;LDL降低,p <0.05;HDL升高,p <0.05.结论:HPD可改善2-DM大鼠脂代谢紊乱.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of Herba potentillae discoloris(HPD)on metabolism disorder of lipid in Type 2 diabetes mellitus(2-DM).Methods: Normal control group was established in 10 randomly selected from 70 Wistar rats .2-DM model group was established with high calorie feeding and small does injection of streptozotocin(STZ) in 60 other rats.The 2-DM rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 rats each model group: heavy does of HPD treatment group,middle does of HPD treatment group,low does of HPD treatment group.After 8 weeks,triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(Ch),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and high density lipoprotein(HDL)were tested with method of spectral separation.Results: TG ,Ch and LDL in HPD rats groups were decreased(P<0.01-0.05) , HDL was increased(P<0.05), significantly different from those in 2-DM rats groups. Conclusion: HPD could decrease TG,Ch,LDL and increase HDL in serum.
