烟气脱硫系统回转再生式烟气换热器清洗装置使用效果探讨

摘    要:介绍烟气脱硫(FGD)系统中回转再生式烟气换热器(GGH)的用途、原理及应达到的要求。针对GGH在运行中经常出现的堵灰问题,分析不同类型GGH的清洗方式及其效果,并介绍3个电厂GGH清洗装置的使用情况。根据已有的运行经验,提出了防止GGH积灰和提高清洗效果的建议。

Abstract:The purpose, principle, and requirements needed to reach of the rotary regenerative flue gas heat exchanger in a lue gas desulfuration (FGD) system have been presented. Directing against the ash clogging problem occurred frequently in operation of the flue gas heat exchanger, the cleaning method and its effectiveness for flue gas heat exchanger of various kinds have been analysed, and situation of applying cleaning facility for flue gas heat exchangers in three power plants being described. Based on experieces already obtained, some recommodations have been put forward for preventing ash deposition in said heat exchanger, and for enhancing effectiveness of cleaning.
