不同术式治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障疗效观察

目的探讨白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术及小梁切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法将80例急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者随机分为为A组和B组各40例。A组采用白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,B组采用小梁切除术。比较2组手术前后视力、眼压变化情况及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 2组术后较术前视力均升高,眼压均下降,且A组改善情况优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组并发症发生率为10.0%低于B组的17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障优于小梁切除术,安全有效。

The effect observation of different surgical in treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract

Objective To discuss the effect of extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy in treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract.Methods 80 cases patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract were randomly divided into group A and group B（each of 40 cases）.Group A received extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,and group B underwent trabeculectomy.Before and after surgery,compared visual acuity,intraocular pressure changes and the incidence of postoperative complication of two groups.Results After surgery,visual acuity in both groups increased,and intraocular pressure decreased,improvement situation in group A was better than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Complication rate in group A（10.0%） was lower than that in group B（17.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract is safe and effective.
