基于AHP的露天爆破高程放大效应研究

摘    要:在研究露天矿爆破过程中,高程放大效应有时是不可忽略的重要影响因素。为了了解影响高程放大效应权重,拟从层次分析法的基本理论入手,从地质条件因素、爆源因素、传播途径因素三个方面进行考虑。得出其影响因素权重大小分别为:地质构造>高程差>节理裂隙>岩石性质>单段最大药量>爆心距>总药量>起爆方式>装药结构,相对应的权重值为:0.2695、0.195、0.1705、0.11、0.0855、0.065、0.0494、0.0323、0.0228。针对现场实测数据进行分析,当高程差达到36m时三向振速峰值均发生高程放大效应;由于+1264平盘以上岩石发育程度较高,在高程差达到36m时振速下降仍然较快,并未发生高程放大效应,进一步证实了地质条件在爆破振动高程放大效应中的重要角色。

Abstract:In the study of open pit mine blasting process, the elevation amplification effect is sometimes an important factor that cannot be ignored. In order to understand the influence of elevation amplification effect, this paper starts with the basic theory of hierarchical analysis, and considers the geological condition stake, the source factor and the transmission path factor. It is concluded that the weights of its influencing factors are: geological structure, elevation difference, and rock nature, single-segment maximum amount of medicine, burst heart distance, burst ingesting method, corresponding weight values are: 0.2695, 0.195, 0.1705, 0.11, 0.0855, 0.065, 0.0494, 0.0323,0.0228. For the analysis of the field measured data, when the elevation difference reaches 36m, the three-way vibration peak occurs elevation amplification effect; Due to the high degree of rock development above the flat plate of 1264, the rate of vibration at the elevation reached 36m is still relatively fast, and the elevation amplification effect has not occurred, which further confirms that the geological conditions have an important role in the blasting vibration elevation amplification effect.
