摘    要:在原油开采、集输过程中,原油、水两相发生乳化形成乳状液,会改变油水体系的有效黏度,从而对多相流的流动特性产生显著影响。原油-水混合体系的黏度特性与原油乳状液的形成条件及分散状态直接相关。系统阐述了外部混合条件、原油物性、水相物性、乳状液液滴粒径及分布等因素对原油-水混合体系黏度特性影响的研究进展。准确计算原油-水混合体系的有效黏度是一个重要的工程问题,系统解释了原油-水混合体系黏度预测方法的研究进展,并总结了现有黏度预测模型。此外,对原油-水混合体系黏度特性及预测方法的下一步研究方向进行了分析和展望。

Abstract:In the process of crude oil extraction, gathering and transportation, the two phases of crude oil and water emulsify to form an emulsion, which can change the effective viscosity of the oil-water system, thereby significantly affecting the flow characteristics of the multiphase flow. The viscosity characteristics of crude oil-water mixed system are directly related to the formation conditions and dispersion state of crude oil emulsion. The research progress of the influence of external mixing conditions, crude oil physical properties, water phase physical properties, emulsion droplet size and distribution on the viscosity characteristics of the crude oil-water mixed system was systematically described. Accurately calculating the effective viscosity of crude oil-water mixed system is an important engineering problem. The research progress of viscosity prediction methods of crude oil-water mixed system was systematically explained, and the existing viscosity prediction models were summarized. In addition, the future research directions of the viscosity characteristics and prediction methods of the crude oil-water mixed system were analyzed and prospected.
