| 摘 要： | 从我国农业经营体制改革的需要出发,结合进行股份合作制农业探索较为成功的范例,阐明了股份合作制农业的涵义、基本功能及其基本特征,论述了它是家庭联产承包责任制及土地流转的改革与新发展,并进一步提出了实行股份合作制农业的对策。

| Abstract: | Embarking from the needs of reform in Chinese agriculture management,this paper elabo-rates on the implication,basic function and characteristics of share cooperative agriculture(SCA)with relatively successful example in the exploration of implementing in this field.Also,it's expounded that SCA becomes the reform and new development of family payment proportional to production contrac-tor responsibility system and the land circulation.Finally,a countermeasure is proposed to implement SCA. |
