加强型护理方法对高龄产妇心理状况影响效果的分析

目的：通过对入院高龄产妇实施短期加强型护理，探讨加强型护理对高龄产妇产前产后的心理状况的影响。方法：选取2011年2月至2013年5月来我院分娩的高龄产妇98例，按入院顺序，在自愿的基础上随机分为两组，各49例。对照组采用产科常规基础护理，观察组采用加强型护理，观察不同护理方法对产妇分娩前后心理状况的影响效果。结果：入院时两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分组问比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）．产后观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分分别是（36．4±5．6）分和（36．7±6．8）分，对照组分别是（44．6±4．8）分和（47．1±5．8）分，观察组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P（O．05）。出院时，观察组对护理服务的满意度为100％，对照组为87．76％，观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：相对于采用常规护理的对照组，对观察组高龄产妇实施加强型护理，可以有效降低产妇产前焦虑及产后抑郁的发生，同时可以提高产妇对护理服务的满意度，值得临床推广。

Effect of enhanced nursing care on postpartum psychological status of elderly puerperae

Objectives： To explore the amepartum and postpartum psychological conditions of elderly puerperae receiving enhanced nursing care. Method： Ninety - eight elderly puerperae who came to our hospital from February 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into two group 49 in each groups. The control group underwent conventional basic obstetric care; the observa- tion group received enhanced nursing care. The antepartum and postpartum psychological conditions of both groups were com pared. Results ： When they were hospitalized, the two groups＇ anxiety and depression scores were not significant different （P 〉 0.05 ）. The postpartum anxiety scores were （36.4 ±5.6） in the observation group and （ 44.6 ± 4.8 ） in the control group; the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. The postpartum depression scores were （36.7 ±6.8） in the observation group and （47.1 ± 5.8 ） in the control group ; the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. When the patients were dis- charged from our hospital, the nursing service satisfaction rates of the observation group was 100%, significantly higher than 87.76% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with conventional nursing care, the enhanced nursing care for elderly puerperae can effectively reduce maternal anxiety and postpartum depression, and improve patients＇ satisfaction rates. It is worthy of promoting clinical application.
