| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨面中部骨折的原因、类型及治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析 113例面中部骨折的临床资料 ,治疗了鼻骨、颧弓、视神经损伤及颧上颌骨骨折。结果 :分别采用与骨折部位相应的治疗方法 ,均获得满意效果。结论 :LeFort分类仍是面中部骨折较实用的分类方法 ,面中部骨折应先治疗视神经损伤 ,鼻腔内窥镜下治疗视神经损伤及微夹板坚固内固定是治疗面中部骨折的有效措施

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the causes,type and treatment of midface fractures.Methods:113 cases of midface fractures were reviewed.The nasal bone fracture,zygomatic arch fracture,optic nerve contusion,zygomatic maxilla fracture were treated.Result:All types of bone fractures got satisfied result.Conclusion:LeFort classfication is still a practicable method about midface fracture.Optic nerve consion should be first treated in all the midface fracture.Optic canal descompression under mycteric endoscope and internal rigid fixation are effective at present. |
