摘    要:概念设计是产品实现过程的关键一步,有效的产品概念设计可以提高质量、减少成本及缩短上市时间,从而可以较准确地满足客户要求,如何实现产品概念设计过程建模,是工程设计领域研究的热点问题。首先,概述概念设计问题的特性,采用集合原理对产品、产品环境及产品结构等进行了表示,并对产品设计中的原型零件、原型组件及联接器等进行了形式化描述。其次建立两类概念设计问题的设计过程模型,通过分析产品设计过程,实现产品概念设计的过程定制。最后结合专用塑盒封切机输送机构设计说明该方法的应用。

Abstract:It is a crucial step for conceptual design to realize product process. Effective product conceptual design can raise quality, reduce cost and shorten time to market, so it can satisfy customer requirements accurately. How to realize product conceptual design process modeling is the hot problem of engineering design field researches. At first, the characteristics of conceptual design problem are summarized, the product, product-environment and structure for the product design using set theory are represented, and primitive components, primitive compound components and connectors using formal methods are described. Second two kinds of design process models for conceptual design are established, and by analyzing product design processes, process customization is realized for product conceptual design. At last, a simple design verification case of conveyer mechanism in plastic box seal-cutting machine for a special purpose is presented to show an application.
