| Abstract: | The forming technology for the fakery_prevention lid bottom_part of the lubricant barrel and the injection mould structure were introduced. In order to solve the demoulding problem of the outer thread, the inner pulling ring and the 6 ribbings of the plastic part, the mould was adopted the step_by_step parting and step_by_step demoulding structure. The plastic part can be demoulded automatically. And the production efficiency was enhanced. |
