摘    要:比较分析了(GB 50189-2005)<公共建筑节能设计标准>和(JGJ 26-95)<民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖居住建筑部分)>对采暖地区建筑地面热工性能的要求,前者用热阻表示.而后者则用传热系数表示.由于两者都是国家现行民用建筑节能设计标准,对于相同围护结构性能要求理应采用相同指标表示.根据计算地面传热的方法,建议在(GB 50189-2005)<公共建筑节能设计标准>修订时使用传热系数来表征地面的热工性能,以方便工程应用.
