摘    要:目的 观察高分辨率MRI平行于视神经的轴位及斜矢状位重建测量国人正常成年男性视神经长度的差异.方法 对500例无视力障碍的中国成年男性志愿者行全脑T1加权三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列扫描.采用Aquariusws软件重建轴位及斜矢状位MR图像,测量各段视神经长度,比较两种重建方法的差异性.结果 平行于视神经的轴位及斜矢状位MRI均可清晰显示视神经的结构.轴位测量视神经全长为(43.58±3.41)mm,斜矢状位为(42.13±3.26)mm,轴位测量值大于斜矢状位(P<0.05).结论 高分辨率MRI可清晰显示视神经整体轮廓,准确测量视神经长度,平行于视神经的轴位重建是测量视神经长度的最佳方法之一.

Abstract:Objective To compare the difference of the length of optic nerve in normal adult male Chinese measured on axial or oblique sagittal reconstruction with high-resolution MRI. Methods Totally 500 adult male Chinese without visual dysfunction underwent brain MR scan with T1 weighted three-dimensional magnetization-prepared rapid acquisition gradient-echo sequence.
