蕲蛇酶注射液治疗早期急性脑梗死的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨蕲蛇酶注射液治疗早期脑梗死患者的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将40~80岁的年龄段急性脑梗死患者150例随机分成治疗组(79例)与对照组(71例)。治疗组(79例)用蕲蛇酶注射液,对照组(71例)用丹参注射液。用药前后进行神经功能缺损程度评分(ESS)、血液流变学、纤维蛋白原、颅脑CT检查。并观察其不良反应。结果治疗组治疗总有效率(75.6%)高于对照组(66.2%)(P<0.05),起病24h内开始治疗,治疗组的显效率(86.1%)优于对照组(58.1%)(P<0.05),两组均未发现出血倾向。结论早期急性脑梗死患者可在严密观察下应用一般剂量蕲蛇酶治疗。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinic curative effect and security of acutobin injection's treatment in old patients from age 40 to 80 with acute cerebral infarction.METHODS The 150 old patients with evolved eerebral Infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups:therapeutic group(79 cases) and control group(71 cases).Therapeutic group:Acutobin injection(0.75 u),Control group:Danshen injection(16ml),to vein drop once a day run fourteen days.ESS.blood rheology.fibrinogen.cerebral CT in each group were detected before and after remedy while observing their bad reaction.RESULTS The general efficiency of therapeutic group(75.6%) exceeded control group(66.2%)(P<0.05),especially in reducing the death rate ofacute period(P<0.05).The obvious efficiency of therapeutic group(86.1%) preceded control group(58.1%)(P<0.05) when starting therapy within 24h.There were no bleeding tendency in 2 groups.CONCLUSION The patients with earlily acute cerebral infarction can apply common dosage acutobin injection below strict observation.
