摘 要: | 采用单因素分析法、显著因子筛选实验设计法、爬坡实验设计法和响应面分析法,对534-16嗜热脱硫菌的培养基成分和培养条件进行了优化研究。结果表明,当培养基的主要成分为:葡萄糖21.00g/L,酵母粉5.25g/L,Na2HPO4·2H2O 6.60g/L时,脱硫菌生长速率最快。最适合菌种生长的条件为:培养基pH值为7.0,培养温度为53.39℃。

Abstract: | Single factor analysis, significant factor analysis, slope-climbing experiment and response surface method- ology were used to optimize the medium's component and condition of desulfurization strain of 534-16. The results indicate that the optimum ratio for the maximum of the growth rate is 21 g/L glucose, 5.25 g/L yeast powder and 6.60 g/L Naz HPO4 ·2H2 O; temperature and pH value are the two primary factors to influence the desulfurization strain's growth rate;the optimized temperature is 53.39 ℃ and optimized pH value is 7.0. |
