摘    要:目的对高能钢珠弹致伤绵羊后进行观察,了解钢珠弹致伤动物后的伤情特点。方法采用东北绵羊30只,钢珠弹3发,电引信起爆,钢珠弹离地0.8m,羊距爆心呈扇形分布,距离分别为4、6、8、10、12m;动物数分别是6、7、5、6、6只,动物均为右侧面向爆心。结果30只实验动物中,破片伤、冲击伤、多发伤、多处伤和骨折的发生率分别为86.7%、43.3%、60%、23.3%和30%,其中盲管伤和贯通伤分别为92.7%和7.3%。结论 高能钢珠弹伤时由于破片和冲击波的复合作用,造成复杂的伤型和伤情,在救治时都应予以特别重视。

Abstract:Objective To observe the wounding characteristics of the steel ball shell injuries to sheep. Methods Thirty sheep were placed in a sector field around the explosive center, the distances from the explosive center was 4,6, 8, 10, 12m, respectively. The animal numbers at the different distances were 6, 7, 5, 6, 6, respectively. All animals faced the explosive center by right side. The steel ball shells wer placed on 0. 8m high from the ground and initiated by electro-primer. Results The rates of the fragment wounds,blast injuries,mulitiple injuries, complex injuries and fractures to the sheep were 86. 7 %, 43. 3 %,60 %, 23. 3% and 30 %, respective-ly, in which the blind wounds and perforated wounds were 92. 7% and 7. 3 %, respectively. Conclusion The combined effects of frag-ments and shock waves in the explosion of steel ball shells can induce a kind of complex wound type and wound character, to which must be paid more attention in the treatment.
