| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术病人的麻醉及围术期管理。方法 择期非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术病人16例。采用异丙酚，芬太尼，维库溴铵，异氟醚等行常温非体外循环静吸复合全麻。结果 16例手术均在常温非体外循环下完成。围手术期循环功能稳定。无麻醉并发症，所有病人均痊仍出院。结论 非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术麻醉及围术期管理的关键是维持血液动力学平稳和心肌氧供与氧耗的平衡。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anesthetic and perioperative management of patients undergoing off pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Sixteen patients underwent off pump coronary artery bypass grafting were anesthetized with propofol, fentanyl, vecuronium combined with isoflurane.Nitroglycerin, esmolol, noradrenaline, dopamine, dobutamine were used.Results Off pump coronary artery bypass grafting were performed on all patients. All patients underwent operation smoothly without the side effects of anaesthesia. Conclusion The key of perioperative management of patients undergoing off pump coronary artery bypass grafting depends on the maintenance of hemodynamics stability and the equilibrium between myocardial oxygrnic supply and oxygenic consuming. |
