| 摘 要： | 本文用低硒合成饲料和补硒合成饲料喂养大白鼠,喂养8周后处死。对心肌标本作光学、常规电镜、细胞化学及硝酸镧电子示踪观察。实验结果表明,硒缺乏引起心肌和心肌膜系统呈现不同程度损伤,心肌细胞色素氧化酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性下降,提示心肌氧化磷酸化障碍,氧利用降低,ATP合成减少,从而进一步导致细胞器和收缩成分的一系列改变。

| Abstract: | According to level of Selenium contents of synthetic diet, male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal Selenium (control group)and low Selenium (experimental group). The myocardial specimens were examined by light microscope, conventional and cytochemical electron microscope.The main findings were:focal coagulation necrosis of the heart muscle can be produced in rat with Selenium deficiency diet. The abnormal lanthanum nitrate deposition was observed between myofilaments, suggesting that alterations of myocardial cell membrance permeability was. appeared. Activity of cytochemical reactions in mitochondria of experimental group in cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase were decreased. |
