| 摘 要： | 实验测定以不同比例（１：１０、１：２０、１：４０）混合的消炎痛和阿斯匹林之复方药的ＬＤ５０和其抗炎、镇痛的ＥＤ５０，并同单用相应剂量的消炎痛进行比较。结果表明，１：２０的复方药可增大ＬＤ５０，１：１０复方药可使消炎痛抗炎ＥＤ５０增大，而１：４０的复方药则降低其镇痛的ＥＤ５０。结果提示，消炎痛与阿斯匹林以１：２０的比例合用可降低消炎痛的毒性，同时又不影响其抗炎、镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | The present study compared LD50 and ED50for analgesia and antiinflammation of indomethacin with those of indomethacin combined with aspirin in the ratio of one to ten,twenty, or fourly. The results showed that the combination of 1: 20 had higher LD50 than that of indmethacin alone. ED50 was higher for antiinflammaton in 1: 10, and lower for analgesia in 1:40 than indomethacin alone. It is suggested that the combination of indomethacin and aspirin in the ratio of 1: 20 could decrease toxicity and not influnce the antiinflammatory and analgesic effects of indomethacin. |
