摘 要: | 肉孢子虫是一种人畜共患寄生虫,其形态学鉴定及血清学检测均不理想。分子生物学技术的应用,极大地促进了肉孢子虫的虫种鉴定及中间宿主、终宿主的研究。各种肉孢子虫有相对较高的宿主特异性,本文以宿主为线索,对近年来应用PCR及相关技术在人、马、猪、牛、羊、鸟类等不同宿主感染肉孢子虫的发现及应用进行了综述。

Abstract: | Sarcocystis is a zoonotic parasite,morphological identification and serological detection are not ideal.The application of molecular biology technology has greatly promoted the research of species identification,intermediate host and final host.A variety of Sarcocystis have a relatively high host specificity.In this paper,the discovery and application of PCR related technologies for Sarcocystis in human,horse,pig,cattle,sheep and birds are reviewed. |
