摘    要:为了解决当前粉煤灰混凝土配合比设计方法会明显增大浆骨比以及对粉煤灰的胶凝材料作用重视不够的问题,直接以稳定的浆骨比为出发点,利用水胶比与混凝土强度的关系,采用绝对体积法推导了粉煤灰混凝土配合比计算公式.结果表明:浆骨比对混凝土拌合物硬化前后性能有重要影响,按基于稳定浆骨比方法设计的配合比所拌制的粉煤灰混凝土,可使构件成型后具有良好的最终质量,在获得较高强度的同时,还有较好的耐久性能.该成果对有效提高粉煤灰混凝土的性能质量具有一定的参考价值和指导意义.

Abstract:To solve problems associated with the mixing proportion design of fly ash concrete,such as high paste to aggregate ratio and lack of recognition on cementitious materials effect,this study derives a formula for fly ash concrete mixing ratio calculation using the method of absolute volume based on a stable paste to aggregate ratio,and the relationship of water-binder ratio and concrete strength.Study result shows that the paste to aggregate ratio has an important impact on the performance of concrete mixture before and after concrete hardening.The concrete produced with the mixing proportion designed using the method of stable paste to aggregate ratio can provide a good final quality when the component formed,not only have high strength,but also good durability.This study has some reference value for improving the performance and quality of fly ash concrete.
