高低频两级驱动加工的数据处理方法研究

摘    要:在对复杂非圆型面零件加工的运动特性分析的基础上,阐述了高低频两级驱动用于非圆加工的优越性,同时以典型非圆零件492Q型活塞为例.对比两种用于加工数据高低频分解的方法:最小二乘拟合法和离散傅立叶变换法,根据仿真结果得出:两种方法的分解精度相差不大,而离散傅立叶变换法简单可靠,更具通用性.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of dynamic characteristics of complex non-circular parts machining,the advantage of high-low frequency dual actuator is clarified.Then we take typical non-circular part piston-492Q as an example to compare two data processing methods:least-square method and DFT method for the split of machining data.The simulation results prove that the split-precision of the two methods is more or less the same,but DFT method is much more simple and reliable,and could be utilized more generally.
