| 摘 要： | 目的探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)677位点基因多态性与庆阳地区女性复发性流产之间的相关性。方法采用PCR-基因芯片法对264位复发性流产史患者和381名正常妊娠者进行MTHFR C677T位点基因分型,统计不同基因型患者发生复发性流产的风险。结果 MTHFR基因C677T位点携带TT基因型个体复发性流产风险是野生型的2.6倍(P<0.05,95%CI:1.6～4.1),而携带T等位基因个体,复发性流产风险增加50%(P<0.05,95%CI:1.2～1.9)。结论 MTHFR C677T基因多态性是庆阳地区女性复发性流产的遗传易感因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C677 T gene polymorphism and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)in Qingyang area.Methods The PCR-gene chip method were used to detect the genotype of MTHFR C677 T polymorphism in264 RSA patients and381 controls,and the odds risk of different genotype of MTHFR were calculated.Results Individuals with MTHFR677 TT genotype increased 2.6-fold risk of RSA(P<0.05,95%CI:1.6~4.1).Individuals with T allele had a 50%increased risk of RSA(P<0.05,95%CI:1.2~1.9).Conclusion MTHFR C677 T gene polymorphism is a genetic susceptibility factor leading to recurrent spontaneous abortion in Qingyang area. |
