对比分析微型腹腔镜与传统手术治疗小儿疝气的效果

目的:探讨小儿疝气采用传统手术治疗与微型腹腔镜手术治疗的临床疗效差异。方法:按照家长意愿将我院2009年9月至2013年1月收治的97例疝气患儿分为微创组(52例)和对照组(45例)。微创组采用微型腹腔镜治疗,传统组采用传统手术组治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果及术后并发症等指标的差异。结果:微创组的手术时间17.6±3.4(min)、术中出血量2.2±1.8(m L)、开始自主活动时间13.8±1.9(h)、手术切口长度1.7±0.5(cm)、术后排气时间6.8±1.2(h)、住院时间3.2±1.4(d)均显著地低于传统组。微创组共发生阴囊肿胀2例、腹胀1例,共发生3例(5.77%),传统组术后并发症率31.11%,微创组术后并发症率显著低于传统组。结论:微型腹腔镜手术治疗小儿疝气较传统手术治疗的创伤小,手术时间短,术后恢复快,术后并发症率低等优点。

Comparative Analysis of Mini Laparoscopicand Traditional Operation in Treating Pediatric Henia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric hernia by traditional operation therapy and micro laparoscopicoperation treatment. Methods In accordance with the wishes of parents of children with97 cases of hernia in our hospital from 2009 Septemberto 2013 January were divided into minimally invasive group( 52 cases) and control group( 45 cases). Minimally invasive group used laparoscopic treatment,traditionalgroup used the traditional surgical treatment groupdifferences in complications,treatment effect andoperation of two groups were compared after. Minimally invasive group there were 2 cases of scrotal swelling,1 cases of abdominal distension,a total of 3 cases( 5. 77%),the rate ofpostoperative complications of 31. 11% traditional group,postoperative complications in minimally invasive groupwas significantly lower than the traditional group. Conclusion Micro laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of infantile hernia than traditional surgical treatment with little trauma,short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery,lowrate of postoperative complications.
