蜗轮新材质—锌铝合金的试验研究

摘    要:本文对蜗轮新材质锌铝合金的机械性能,耐磨性能及蜗轮副的承载能力、效率、噪声、润滑油等试验研究进行了全面叙述。试验结果表明:锌铝合金性能优良,价格便宜,是一种值得引起重视的蜗轮新材质。

Abstract:In this paper, authers comprehensively discussed the experimental research of the mechanical properties and the wearability of the Zinc-Aluminum alloy, and of the load capability, the efficiency, the noise and the lubricating oil ete. of the worm drive. The results were showed that owing to its excellenf properties and inexpensiveness, The Zinc-Aluminum alloy is a new attrac ive kind of material forworm wheels.
