| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨凋亡抑制蛋白基因（Survivin）和视网膜母细胞瘤基因（RB）在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期等临床指标的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例乳腺癌组织中Survivin和pRB（视网膜母细胞瘤基因蛋白）的表达，分析其与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期等临床指标之间的关系。结果：Sunivin蛋白在乳腺癌中阳性表达率为43．3％（26／60），与淋巴结转移呈低度正相关（r=0．284，P=0．028），与分化程度呈负相关（r=-0．312，P=0．015）；pRB阳性表达率为65％（39／60），与淋巴结转移呈低度负相关（r=-0．301，P=0．019），与分化程度呈正相关（r=0．282，P=0．029）。Survivin和pRB表达与肿瘤病理类型、分期、发病年龄无明显相关性（P〉0．05）。结论：pRB、Survivin表达畀常可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用，二者在乳腺癌的发生、发展中可能具有相互作用。pRB、Survivin表达异常对乳腺良性病变的恶性转化可能有一定的预见性，联合检测有助于判断乳腺癌的预后。
