斜板沉降器板间距对处理负荷的影响

摘    要:在介绍斜板沉降器结构及操作特性的基础上,分析了处理负荷与结构尺寸、体系物性的关系.通过实验研究了斜板沉降器板间距对处理负荷的影响.结果表明,斜板沉降器的处理负荷与同尺寸的普通重力沉降器相比有大幅度的提高.对于一定的分散带厚度,板间距与处理负荷间存在着最宜设计,该最宜设计值取决于物系性质、操作条件及两相比率

Abstract:The construction and working principle of inclined parallel plate settler were introduced. The feed throughput related to the plate distance and the properties of system were analyzed.The result of experiments shows that the inclined plate settlers have a high throughput per unit area and the degree of separation compared with common gravity settler.For the given size of dispersion band,the plate distance has an optimum solution which depends on the properties of system, working condition and phase viscosity ratio.
