摘    要:对阀控摆动式马达电液伺服加载系统进行研究,建立了阀控摆动式马达主动式电液伺服加载系统的数学模型,从结构和控制策略上对主要技术问题进行了探讨,并进行了仿真分析和实验,其仿真分析和实验结果基本一致,表明本文建立的模型基本反映了阀控摆动式马达系统的实际特性,所采取的复合控制策略能有效地提高系统的双十指标,适于阀控马达力矩伺服加载系统的实时控制.

Abstract:The electro - hydraulic servo loading system which uses valve controlled swaying motor was analyzed, the mathematic model was established, the key technology problem was discussed from structure and control strategy, then some simulations and experiments were made. Therefore it offers theory and practice foundation for the servo loading system. The simulation is concordant with the experiments result, which indicates that the established model can reflect the characteristic of the physical system, the used compound control strategy can increase double - ten target efficiently, the control strategy can be used to real time control of valve controlled motor moment load servo system.
