湛江地区缺血性脑卒中相关危险因素的分析

目的了解湛江地区缺血性脑卒中的相关危险因素，为指导干预措施提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析本院门诊、住院部就诊并确诊为缺血性脑卒中患者1000例的临床资料，评价缺血性脑卒中的相关危险因素。结果男性患者、年龄≥50岁、高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、颈动脉斑块、高血脂患者缺血性脑卒中发生率较高，是缺血性脑卒中的高危因素，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论分析湛江地区缺血性脑卒中的危险因素，从而通过控制其危险因素、改变不良生活方式等方法来进行预防干预，进而降低缺血性脑卒中的发生率。

Analysis the risk factors of cerebral arterial thrombosis in Zhanjiang area

Objective To understand the related risk factors of cerebral arterial thrombosis in Zhanjiang area and provide a scientific basis for guiding the intervention measures. Methods The clinical data of 1000 patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis in our hospitalized and outpatient were retrospectively analyzed,the related risk factors for ischemic stroke was evaluated. Results The male,age 50 or more years,and patients with high blood pressure,diabetes,smoking, carotid artery plaque,dyslipidemia were higher in patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis,at high risk of risk factors of cerebral arterial thrombosis,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk factors of cerebral arterial thrombosis is analysis in zhanjiang area,thus by controlling the risk factors,the methods such as changing lifestyle to prevention intervention,thereby lowering the incidence of cerebral arterial thrombosis.
