孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果观察

目的观察孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法将56例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各28例，对照组单独采用孟鲁司特钠片口服，治疗组采用孟鲁司特钠片口服联合布地奈德雾化吸入，两组疗程均为12周，观察两组的治疗效果及复发情况。结果观察组患儿治疗后症状缓解时间、症状消失时间短于对照组，显效率及总有效率高于对照组，随访半年复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患儿肺功能指标比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide in treatment of cough variant asthma in children

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide in treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods 56 cases of children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases in each group.The montelukast sodium tablets oral treatment was used to control group,while montelukast sodium tablets oral treatment combined with budesonide inhala- tion was given to observation group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks and therapeutic effects and recurrence was observed.Results Compared with control group,the symptomatic relief time and obsolescent time in observation group was shorter,efficiency and total effective rate was better,the relapse rate after six months＇ follow-up was lower （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in pulmonary function indicator between two groups （P〉0.05）.There was no significant adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide in treatment of cough variant asthma in children has significant effect and is safety to use.
