内冷管型甲醇合成塔的热稳定性

摘    要:采用一维拟均相双速率数学模型对内冷管型甲醇合成塔催化床与热交换器进行数学模拟,得到催化床与换热器的操作线,定态操作点呈多态。高压铜基催化剂甲醇反应器在不稳点操作,应重视控温措施。中压联醇合成塔在稳定点操作。讨论了空速、压力、气体组成、催化剂活性等对热稳定性的影响和操作裕度与热稳定性的关系。


Thermal Stability of Cooling-tube Type Methanol Synthesis Reactors
Abstract:In this paper, an one-dimensional two-reaction-rate mathematical model is established for the catalytic bed and the heot exchanger of a cooling-tube type methanol synthesis reactor. The steady state multiple operation points are obtained by using this model. For high-pressure methanol reactors with copperbased catalysts operating at non-steady state points, very careful control of temperature is required. Tile effects of space velocity, pressure, feed gas composition and activity of catalysts on thermal stability as well as the relationship between operation sensitivity and thermal stability are discussed.
