| Abstract: | The cause of fog and haze in Beijing is under controversy. Government announcement concludes that 20 - 30% of the pollu- tion is caused by vehicle emissions, hut this is conflict to the fact. This paper mainly discusses the real proportion of fog and haze that can be attributed to vehicle emissions, possible solution. |
