| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经桡动脉和经股动脉两种途径行复杂冠状动脉介入术治疗成功率和并发症及两种途径的利弊.方法:选择100例复杂冠状动脉病变的冠心病患者经桡动脉途径行介入治疗(A组)、100例有相似病变特征患者经股动脉途径行介入治疗(B组),观察两组治疗过程、手术成功率、术中、术后并发症等情况.结果:A组穿刺时间明显长于B组,但穿刺成功率、完成造影时间及总手术时间无差异;A组完成手术更换途径显著高于B组;两组手术成功率、造影剂量、X线曝光时间无差异;术中、术后手术并发症发生率、术后卧床时间A组明显少于B组.结论:冠状动脉复杂病变介入术,与经股动脉相比,经桡动脉途径具有较高的成功率,相似的临床效果,但手术并发症发生率低,桡动脉途径行复杂病变有可行性和安全性.
