充气电缆堵塞剂的研制

摘    要:本文研制了一种由A组分为聚氨酯改性环氧树脂,活性稀释剂及辅助原料,B组分为多胶固化剂所组成的充气电缆堵塞剂。由于其固化后的胶体在较宽的温度范围内(-30℃~+60℃)气闭性优良.非常适用于全塑、纸浆、铅包充气通信电缆系统的堵塞.文中介绍了主要原材料、堵塞剂的组成及有关性能的测试方法,讨论了基料、固化剂、活性稀释剂等对堵塞剂性能的影响。

Abstract:Plugging agent introduced in the paper which was especially for bladder communication cable consisted of Part A: polyurethane modifled epoxy resin, reactive diluent and auxiliary material; Part B: polyamine curing agent. Since the cured adhesive had excellent air - tight ness over the wide temperature range of - 30℃ ~60℃,it was very suitable for blocking and air- proofing of the communication calbes which were wrapped with plastics. pulp or lead.Raw materials. composition of plugging agent and related property - testing techniques were introduced. Infltlence of substrate. curing agent and reactive diluent on the properties of plugging agent were investigated.
