变压器高压套管末屏安全缺陷分析及处理方法

摘    要:以乌兰察布电业局兴广变电站和桥西变电站变压器高压套管末屏发现的故障为例,分析了高压套管末屏在运行、检修、试验状态下存在的受潮、发热、检修试验后回装不到位等常见安全缺陷,提出改进试验手段、采用内置式高压套管末屏、加强设备检修、定期红外测温及采用在线监测等解决措施,以最大化地消除末屏缺陷对电网带来的安全隐患。

Abstract:Taking the defect of bushing tap in Qiaoxi and Xingguang substation of Ulaanchab Electric Power Bureau as example, the author analyzed the security defect of the high voltage bushing tap's damp, heat, reinstallation off-position during its operation, maintenance and test. Put forward to improving the test methods, taking inside HV bushing tap, enhancing equipment maintenance, regular infrared thermometer and exploited on-line monitoring to detect HV bushing tap on the transformer, to maximize eliminating the bushing tap potential safety problems on the grid.
